The conveyor has a crawler chassis in the form of three pairs of tracks 1, equipped with rods 2, mounted rotatably in frame 3. The latter is the lower part of the body and has the shape of a triangle, in the corners of which rods 2 are fixed. Two pairs of tracks 1 are coaxially aligned. A third of a pair of tracks 1 is parallel to the same distance from the other two. Due to the fastening of the rod 2 in the frame 3 with the possibility of rotation, the tracks 1 can rotate around the vertical axis of the rod 2. The rotation of the tracks 1 and their movement causes the conveyor to turn or move.
On the frame 3, and in particular on the base and at the apex of the triangle, there are two swing frames 4 and 5, interconnected in the upper part, creating a tower. In addition, at the apex of the triangular frame 3, a mast 6 and a longer console 7 is fixed. The latter is suspended on tracks 8 on a swiveling mast 6, which is connected by cables to a tower. A shorter arm is attached to the base of the triangular frame 3, consisting of two trusses 9, the ends of the trusses 9 are fixed to the ends of the base of the triangular frame 3, and both the trusses 9 are connected using an angle bracket 10. To the other end of the bracket 10 is attached a hinge 11, on which one end of the bridge 12 is suspended. The second end of the bridge 12 is pivotally mounted and movable on the crawler in the form of a single pair of caterpillars 13. In addition, a pouring device 14 is attached to the bracket 10 at the end of the bridge 12, and
below it is the receiving conveyor 15, which moves the rock mass along the frame 3 and the longer cantilever 7. Bridge 12 may deviate from the horizontal position to perform movements in the horizontal plane within ± 100 °. A single pair of crawlers 13 can move together with the caterpillars 1. as a result of which the entire feed conveyor 16 mounted on the bridge 12 is moved.
The receiving conveyor 15 has an actuator 17 fixed at the end of the cantilever consisting of two trusses 9.
The mass of the drive 17, together with part of the weight of the bridge 12, is a counterweight to the weight of the console 7, so that it can be quite long without the need for an additional increase in the weight of the load handler.
